Wantedly announced on September 12th that it has implemented an update to its team management service “Pulse.”
Pulse is a team management service that allows you to manage your team’s status through the business chat tool Slack.
“1on1” allows you to discuss goals and discuss recent situations based on how members are doing in one-on-one conversations, “How are you doing?” allows you to check weekly work progress using a 5-level index, and the company’s behavioral guidelines. In this update, new functions have been added to “1on1” and the screen specifications have been changed.
Specifically, we have added a “1on1 with anyone” feature that allows you to freely schedule and conduct interviews with anyone within the company. Previously, “1on1” was only possible with a pre-set direct superior, but with the new feature, if members belong to the same company, they can communicate with each other based on their position, department, etc. It is possible to set up an interview with anyone.
