Wantedly announced on September 12th that it has implemented an update to its team management service “Pulse.”
Pulse is a team management service that allows you to manage your team’s status through the business chat tool Slack.
“1on1” allows you to discuss goals and discuss recent situations based on how members are doing in one-on-one conversations, “How are you doing?” allows you to check weekly work progress using a 5-level index, and the company’s behavioral guidelines. It is equipped with three functions that allow you to praise the members who embody this.
All three functions can be answered on Slack. It can also be used on the management screen of the business SNS “Wantedly”, where you can look back on topics and content discussed during “1on1” sessions, as well as changes in members’ work progress.
In this update, new functions have been added to “1on1” and the screen specifications have been changed.
Specifically, we have added a “1on1 with anyone” feature that allows you to freely schedule and conduct interviews with anyone within the company. Previously, “1on1” was only possible with a pre-set direct superior, but with the new feature, if members belong to the same company, they can communicate with each other based on their position, department, etc. It is possible to set up an interview with anyone.
In terms of screen specification changes, previously all Pulse functions (“1on1,” “How are you doing?” and “As expected!”) were all displayed on the Wantedly management screen, but with the update, three functions will be displayed individually. It is said that
